The following pictures were produced by Builtmore Canada.   Melissa is a cheerleader with a strong, fit physique.  She is highly outgoing and definitely proud of her muscles and strength.  For our shoot with Melissa, she brought along her older sister, Betsy, and demonstrated numerous lifts and carries, tossing her sister around like she was a feather!  Video of this will be available soon.  For our still cameras, Melissa showed off her toned physique, displaying great muscularity for a teenager, who doesn't formally lift weights.
