The following video clips are exclusive to Davemeister's Fitness Babes, and have been created by Builtmore Canada. These clips are high resolution (640 by 480) and some contain music, while others feature dialogue. They have been updated to replace lower resolution versions which previously appeared on the site. There are also new clips which were never featured before included in the list. Soon, all archive material will be available in high quality video at DFB.

Monika 001- 17 year old Monika flexes her biceps for many reps.
Monika 002- With arms oiled up, Monika flexes her biceps some more.
Monika 003- Being a runner, she's got some great calves!
Monika 004- Calf lovers will appreciate this scene in which Monika measures her calf muscles. She's a runner, so they're pretty big!
Monika 005- First, Brianne shows Monika how to do a cradle carry, by lifting a 200 pound guy, then Monika carries Brianne the same way!
Monika 006- Minute long piggyback, where Monika spins and squats Brianne, showing her awesome leg strength.
Monika 007- She flexes a double biceps and then proceeds to scoop Brianne up in her arms for a cradle carry.
Monika 008- Monika picks Brianne up across her shoulders in a fireman's carry and even stands on her tip toes with her!
Monika 009- After it's demonstrated to her, Monika lifts Brianne in a bearhug.
Monika 010- This lift takes serious strength. Monika throws Brianne over one shoulder and even flexes her free arm.

Monika 011- Monika's legs are hard and strong. She demonstrates this by giving a 200 pound guy a long piggyback (a minute and a half!)
Monika 012- She follows this up by giving him a back to back lift and squatting him, even after he asks to be put down.
Monika 013- Now, it's her friend, Brianne's turn to get lifted. Monika picks her up in a front straddle and holds her for a while.
