Katie 001 Katie flexes double biceps in and out while sitting on a chair.
Katie 002 Water is sprayed on to Katie's biceps while she flexes lightly.
Katie 003 Katie gives a 200 pound guy a piggyback ride, without even straining!
Katie 004 Continuation of a long piggyback ride. She is now facing the camera with a guy on her back.
Katie 005 Katie does a back to back lift with the guy.
Katie 006 Incredible display of strength...While sitting down, the guy straddles her lap, and she stands up and hoists him onto her hips in a front piggyback!
Katie 007 Katie flexes a double biceps, so that they can be measured with a measuring tape.
Katie 008 She does some pushups, even holding herself in place to show her strength.
Katie 009 Katie holds a dumbell in her hand and flexes her arm.
Katie 010 She's got incredible legs too! Here she flexes a calf and points to her muscle to show how hard it is.
Katie 011 One of the most awesome displays of strength. She cradle carries the 200 pound guy in her arms, and begins rocking him back and forth with a big smile on her face!
Katie 012 Katie does another cradle carry, this time walking with him and turning around with him still in her arms.
Katie 013 Her biceps are pumped now, and she shows them off with this double bicep flexing sequence.
