Lisa has appeared on our site before along with her sister and is featured in "The Lifter Sisters" video, available in our Online Video section.  Two years later, she's all grown up and is now sporting an incredibly fit and strong physique. What's remarkable is that she doesn't work out and achieves this body through natural genetics. Even more incredible is her strength. Lisa, at 5'5", 110 pounds (solid muscle) is able to carry around a 200 pound guy with absolute ease in every way imaginable. We will be releasing perhaps the best lift and carry video to date featuring Lisa lifting and carrying.
