Our exciting contest, FlexFest 2002 continues with our latest entrant, Lilian. Lilian is not a model, nor a fitness athlete. What she is, is a remarkable 48 year old woman who proudly keeps in tremendous shape for her own personal satisfaction! She's an IT professional and a mother of 2 teen-age children. Having just completed a Body For Life challenge, she was happy to show off her impressive physique for our cameras. While she may not possess the level of muscle of some of our fitness models, she possesses a great deal of heart and determination...and a physique that is a testament to the expression that "age is only a state of mind."
